Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bizzy (“Bizzy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, messaging assistant, and related services (the “Services”) available at bizzy.chat. By creating an account, messaging Bizzy, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Bizzy is an iMessage-first personal assistant. You sign in with your phone number, text Bizzy over iMessage, and may optionally connect third-party integrations such as Google so Bizzy can help with scheduling and related tasks.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or messaging platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure.
3. Accounts and messaging
Bizzy accounts are tied to a verified phone number. Verification codes and assistant conversations are delivered through messaging providers. Carrier rates or device messaging costs may apply and are your responsibility.
You agree that messages you send to Bizzy, and replies Bizzy sends you, are part of the Services. Do not share credentials, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive secrets in chat unless needed for a specific feature you intentionally use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Bizzy, other users, or connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through abuse of rate limits
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Services except as allowed by law
- Use Bizzy to send spam, harassment, malware, or content you do not have the right to send
- Misrepresent your identity or use another person’s phone number or Google account without authorization
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms.
5. Integrations
Some features require you to connect a third-party account, such as Google. When you connect an integration, you authorize Bizzy to access and use that account as needed to provide the features you use, subject to the third party’s terms and our Privacy Policy.
For Google, that may include reading and managing calendar events on calendars you include in Bizzy and searching contacts to resolve guest emails. Bizzy may create or update calendar events only after you confirm those actions in conversation. Bizzy may delete calendar events only when Event deletion is on for that Google Connection and you confirm the deletion in conversation, except where a feature expressly states otherwise.
You can disconnect Google from Bizzy settings. Third-party services are not controlled by Bizzy, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies.
6. AI-assisted responses
Bizzy uses artificial intelligence to interpret your messages and generate replies. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing important details before confirming actions that affect your calendar, contacts, or anyone else.
Bizzy is not a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, or emergency services.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Services, including messages and profile information. You grant Bizzy a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content and to authorize Bizzy’s use of connected accounts on your behalf.
8. Our intellectual property
Bizzy, including its name, branding, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Services.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that assistant replies, calendar changes, or availability information will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizzy and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Bizzy and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
15. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Bizzy regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.
